We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Once we receive your order, we verify availability. Orders ship the next business day. When your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email message, along with your shipping tracking number.

Delivery Information

Once orders are placed, processing begins immediately. Therefore, no additions, deletions or changes can be made after order placement. Also, orders placed separately cannot be combined for shipment.

We make every effort to ship your item within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday, depending on availability. You will be notified, by email, if merchandise is currently unavailable and when we expect to be able to ship.

Returns Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If not, we offer a 30-day return or exchange privilege for regular priced (full price) items in their original un-worn, un-washed condition, with tags intact and original packaging.

ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT TAGS ATTACHED, ORIGINAL HANGERS AND/OR PLASTIC/PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.

Returns must be delivered to us within 30 calendar days after initial order placement. All sales are final after those 30 calendar days.
 
We cannot accept returns on items that were damaged while worn/washed, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up well after being worn.

Socks, tights and accessory items may not be returned. No credit will be given for these items if returned.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Orders originally shipped with complimentary shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit.

 
Orders placed for multiple similar items and/or multiple sizes of the same item in order to try and then return will either be issued a store credit or subject to a 25% restocking fee for any returns. We reserve the right to cancel such orders.

If you refuse your shipment upon delivery, there will be a 35% restocking fee assessed on the return.

Once placed, orders cannot be changed or canceled. There will be a 15% cancellation fee assessed on canceled orders.

To make an exchange or return:
Items must be returned in original, unworn condition -- with all tags, hangers and packaging intact. Otherwise you will not receive full credit for the return.
